# Billing

Choose a plan and get credits each month to use across [TTS](/tts/tts), [STT](/stt/overview), [LLM Router](/router/introduction), and [Realtime API (Speech to Speech)](/realtime/overview). Higher tiers unlock features, volume discounts, increased limits and more.

Paid plans are available monthly or annually. Annual subscriptions are billed once per year.

Paid plans include credits equal to the monthly plan price each billing cycle. Unused credits on all paid plans (Creator and above) roll over for up to 3 months with an active subscription. Your credit balance is displayed at the top of the [Billing page](https://platform.inworld.ai/billing). Credits are consumed by API and Playground usage across all products (TTS, STT, LLM Router, Realtime).

You can upgrade your subscription at any time, and any unused credits from your previous plan will be credited to the new one. Any outstanding unpaid usage at the time of upgrade will be immediately charged.

If you need more credits than provided in your selected plan, you can:

* **Add credits** — Click **Add credits** to purchase more. The minimum purchase is \$10. You will be redirected to a secure checkout page, and credits are applied immediately upon payment.
* **Auto-reload** — Enable auto-reload to automatically purchase credits when your balance falls below a threshold you set. Configure the reload amount and threshold from the Billing page.

<Note>Some premium LLM models require a credit card on file before they can be used, even if you have an existing credit balance. To unlock these models, either make a credit purchase or upgrade to a paid plan. You can add a payment method from the [Billing page](https://platform.inworld.ai/billing).</Note>

<Note>Enterprise accounts are billed per their agreement. Credit purchases are not available for enterprise plans.</Note>

## Managing billing information

From the [Billing page](https://platform.inworld.ai/billing), click **Manage Plan** next to your plan name, then select **View invoices & manage billing information** to:

* **Update billing details** — Change the name, email, address, and phone number on your account.
* **Update payment method** — Add, remove, or change your payment method. At least one payment method must remain on file.
* **Add tax IDs** — Add or manage tax identification numbers for your account.
* **View invoices** — Review and download all prior invoices.

Full invoice history is also available from the **Billing History** tab on the Billing page.

## Cancellation

To cancel your subscription, go to the [Billing page](https://platform.inworld.ai/billing), click **Manage Plan**, and cancel your plan from there.

## Payment failures

If a payment fails for your subscription, we'll retry the charge over a 7-day period. If all retries are exhausted, your account is downgraded to the On-Demand tier and API usage is disabled. To restore access, upgrade your plan from the [Billing page](https://platform.inworld.ai/billing).

## TTS

<Note>On-Demand accounts include up to 70 minutes of TTS for free.</Note>

Text-to-Speech usage is billed per million characters synthesized across both the TTS Playground and the API. Get discounted rates by signing up for higher tiers. See [**Pricing Page**](https://inworld.ai/pricing) for the latest pricing.

For conversational use cases like voice agents, most applications need far fewer concurrent generations than expected. Because speech is generated much faster than it is spoken, a single generation slot can serve multiple conversations. See [Concurrency Limits](/resources/concurrency-limits) for more information.

## STT

## Realtime API
