Please see our Pricing Page for more details about each plan, including model pricing, available features, and rate limits. Paid plans include credits equal to the plan price each billing cycle. Unused credits on all paid plans (Creator and above) roll over for up to 3 months with an active subscription. Your credit balance is displayed at the top of the Billing page. Credits are consumed by API and Playground usage across all products (TTS, STT, LLM Router, Realtime). You can upgrade your subscription at any time, and any unused credits from your previous plan will be credited to the new one. Any outstanding unpaid usage at the time of upgrade will be immediately charged. If you need more credits than provided in your selected plan, you can:
  • Add credits — Click Add credits to purchase more. The minimum purchase is $10. You will be redirected to a secure checkout page, and credits are applied immediately upon payment.
  • Auto-reload — Enable auto-reload to automatically purchase credits when your balance falls below a threshold you set. Configure the reload amount and threshold from the Billing page.
Enterprise accounts are billed per their agreement. Credit purchases are not available for enterprise plans.

Managing billing information

From the Billing page, click Manage Plan next to your plan name, then select View invoices & manage billing information to:
  • Update billing details — Change the name, email, address, and phone number on your account.
  • Update payment method — Add, remove, or change your payment method. At least one payment method must remain on file.
  • Add tax IDs — Add or manage tax identification numbers for your account.
  • View invoices — Review and download all prior invoices.
Full invoice history is also available from the Billing History tab on the Billing page.
Enterprise accounts have billing managed per their agreement. Contact your account team for billing changes.

Cancellation

To cancel your subscription, go to the Billing page, click Manage Plan, and cancel your plan from there.

Payment failures

If a payment fails for your subscription, we’ll retry the charge over a 7-day period. If all retries are exhausted, your account is downgraded to the On-Demand tier and API usage is disabled. To restore access, upgrade your plan from the Billing page.

Router pricing

When you route LLM requests through Inworld, you pay the provider’s listed cost with no markup.
