Inworld’s platform operates on a pay-as-you-go model — meaning no commitments or subscriptions are required to get started. In addition, all users automatically receive free credits at the start of every month, and only usage above those credits are billed to users. This flexible model lets you get started using Inworld right away, and easily scale usage up or down as your needs evolve.

Text-to-Speech

Text-to-Speech model usage is billed based on characters synthesized. Usage is calculated across both the TTS Playground and the API. Please see our Pricing page for the most up-to-date pricing information.

Runtime

Runtime is billed on a usage basis, with charges determined by the specific services invoked during runtime execution. You can monitor your current usage by service on the Billing page.

FAQ

When will I be billed? Billing occurs on the 1st of each month for the previous month’s usage. Where can I see my billing details? In Inworld Portal, click on your profile icon in the top right corner and select Billing. On the Billing page, you will find information about your current support tier, free usage remaining, and current month spend. How do I add my credit card? To add your credit card, follow these steps:
  1. Log in to the Inworld Portal.
  2. Click on your profile icon in the top right corner and select Billing.
  3. Click the Add Card button in the top right corner.
  4. Enter your card details on the Stripe interface.
How do I remove my credit card? To remove your credit card, please email support-billing@inworld.ai and include in your request:
  1. “Request to remove credit card” as the subject line
  2. Your account email
  3. Your workspace id (which can be found under API Keys)
