Basic Configurations

A character's Basic Configurations form the foundation of their personality, significantly influencing their responses and the player's experience when interacting with them. To access these controls, press the Basic tab underneath the character's profile.

Essential Character Information​

A character's Basic Configurations consist of five distinct areas, each focusing on a basic aspect of your character: Core Description, Motivations, Flaws, Dialogue Style, and Voice.

These elements are essential for every character, as they have a heavy influence on defining who they are and how they act.

Core Description​

A summary of the character. This area defines basic information about the character such as who they are, what they do, core personality traits, and where they come from.

What drives the character. This area defines the character's main motivations, driving forces, and what they want in life.

Flaws​

The character's shortcomings. This area defines the character's weaknesses, insecurities, and fears.

How the character speaks. This area defines a character's conversational style and approach to delivering dialogue.

What the character sounds like. This area controls the speaking voice of the character, including the sound of their voice as well as their pitch and talking speed.
